There should be a DMV added. I am pretty sure its impossible (possible but illegal) to drive without a license. So i highly reccomend to add a DMV with licenses for Cars, Large Trucks, Boats, and Aircraft.

We need a much bigger player base to support this, I would vote against it for the time being, once we have a bigger player base, sure!
